The following constitutes the Videography Agreement (the “Agreement”) of Sky Pixel LA, LLC (the “Videographer”). Please read the Agreement in its entirety and contact the Videographer if you have any questions or concerns about the Agreement. As used in the Agreement, all references to “you” or “your” or the “Client” refers to the signer of this Agreement. Checking the boxes and entering your name below will serve as your electronic signature reflecting your assent to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. You will be able to preview the Agreement prior to its submission, at which time you are encouraged to print a copy for your records. *

It is understood that Sky Pixel LA, LLC is the exclusive Videographer retained by the client to cover outlined event. Any conflicts with other video coverage contracts and any notifications necessary to avoid such conflicts are the sole responsibility of the client. *

Client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permission, clearance permits, etc., which may be required for Sky Pixel LA, LLC each event, public or private. Client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permission for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. The client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything Sky Pixel LA, LLC will videotape, including photos, musical recordings, videotapes, or any other materials delivered to Sky Pixel LA, LLC for inclusion in the clients video. *

Sky Pixel LA, LLC is not responsible for poor audio if the couple does not agree to wear a lapel microphone, dark or grainy video resulting from inadequate lighting or the refusal of the client to allow camera-top lighting at the reception, or electrical or mechanical malfunctions on location that are beyond our control. *

Final Edit: Once the customer approves the final edit and the video is published online Sky Pixel LA, LLC is not required to make updates by additional requests missed during the final review. It is essential that during the final review, any edit requests are made at that time. Additional edits after publication may be requested, however due to limited availability may not always be possible and additional costs will occur*

Artistic Style. On its own behalf and on behalf of the subject: Client acknowledges that he/she is familiar with the Sky Pixel LA, LLC portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the company’s style and that Sky Pixel LA,LLC work is constantly evolving; that the Sky Pixel LA, LLC services are of a unique and artistic nature; that the video may be different from videos done by the company in the past; and that in creating the videos we shall use our own creative artistic judgment to create videos consistent with our personal judgment and consistent with our vision of the event, which may be different from the clients and or the subject’s vision of the event. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the videos shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or esthetic criteria.. *

If Sky Pixel LA, LLC fails to comply with the terms of this agreement due to any event or at beyond the control of Sky Pixel LA, LLC, including but not limited to illness, accident, labor disputes, acts of God and other catastrophes, or uncontrollable and unforeseeable equipment failure, Sky Pixel LA, LLC liability is limited only to a refund of all monies received. *

The client reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason up to 5 days after the down payment date for a 100% refund. Should the client terminate the contract, all money paid minus the initial deposit will be refunded.

Sky Pixel, LLC requires a $500 deposit to reserve the date. The remaining balance must be paid in full two weeks before the event date. After 5 days, the refund is 100% not refundable.*
